Who operates the service
punkto.sk is operated by Ilya Fedorov, a natural person, Vysokoškolákov 8215/18, 010 08 Žilina, Slovakia. Punkto is an independent project and not an official app of any carrier or city.

Reporting an error in a timetable or content
If you found a wrong line, stop, departure time or another flaw, write to [email protected]. Include the page address, what is wrong and, if you know it, what is correct. For timetable changes the carrier decides; we correct the data in the service.
Personal data and exercising your rights
Send requests for access, rectification, erasure and other rights by e-mail to [email protected]. The procedure and an overview of processing are in the privacy notice.
The supervisory authority is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, dataprotection.gov.sk.
Complaints and dispute resolution
Send comments and complaints by e-mail; we reply as soon as we can.
The EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025, so we do not link to it.
