Free city transport in Slovakia
Of the 42 cities whose price list Punkto has checked, city transport is free for everyone in: Dunajská Streda, Komárno. In 7 more cities some groups ride free, for example children, seniors or holders of a disability card (ŤZP). Conditions differ, so they are given city by city. Every city shows its source and the day we checked the price list.

How we find out
- We count city transport as free for everyone when every price in the carrier's price list is €0.00: full and reduced fares, by card and in cash.
- Groups that ride free are taken from the notes of the city's tariff and quoted as they stand. Conditions such as age, residence in the city or a card are set by the tariff.
- A city is not listed if only the press says its transport is free and the price list does not confirm it. A price list older than three years drops a city from the list.
- Price lists change by a decision of the city or the carrier, so each city shows the day it was checked and a link to its page with the detailed fares.
